Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nevada, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

All labor, materials and equipment to construct curb & gutter as indicated in the Specifications upon subgrade prepared by the City of Nevada forces. This subgrade will be graded to a tolerance of zero to plus or minus two inches. The curb and gutter shall be constructed below grade level with the contractor to make minor adjustments. The curb & gutter shall be constructed to the attached specifications "Attachment B". Grade stakes will be provided by City of Nevada forces. The sidewalk shall be constructed to the standard specifications of 4' wide and 4" thick. All labor, materials and equipment to place a tack coat and Plant Mix Bituminous Surface Course over designated existing street pavement shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor shall complete all milling for curb relief required on this contract. This job will consist of approximately 390,000 sq. ft. of milling, 2,700 LF of curb & gutter, approximately 5,500 tons of bituminous surface course (including the tack coat), this project shall be completed on or before September 30, 2026. Backfilling, finish grading and seeding will be completed by City of Nevada forces. Should it be necessary, base course material will be provided for the contractor at the job site. Any additional work above the mentioned specifications will require change orders and the Public Works Director approval prior to beginning the work.
