Homeowner Reconstruction Program is requesting bids for the reconstruction The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities. In order to bid on the rehabilitation job, interested contractor must meet the department's qualification requirements: o Provide references of fiscal responsibility, i.e. bank, etc. o Provide references from at least four subcontractors used in previous jobs. o Provide references from two material suppliers. o Provide the names and addresses of three previous customers and letters of satisfactory performances. o Carry public liability and property damage insurance. (Minimum $100,000.00) For further information, please contact Mr. Jaime Ortiz, Housing Programs Manager, at the Transit Center, 1301 Farragut Street, 2nd Floor - East Wing, or call at 795-2675. These projects will be 100% federally funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
