The Summer Village of Jarvis Bay is seeking qualified proponents to submit proposals to provide greenspace and beach front maintenance and landscape/mowing services at Petro Beach Day Use Area. The contract aims to support beautification and quality service delivery of public spaces within the Summer Village. Services required will include, but are not limited to, watering new vegetation, mowing and weed whipping, bathroom custodial work, litter picking, and light maintenance as required. Further detail is available within the RFP documents. The site has recently undergone changes including reduced parking and new plantings, as well as the installation of benches and bike stands. The contract duration is estimated to be three years.
