Reference number: 20123671 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-02 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Description The Municipality of Audet (hereinafter: the Municipality), as part of an agreement with the Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (hereinafter: MTMD), wishes to receive bids for professional services for engineering activities necessary to oversee the renewal of drinking water pipes and the repair of Rue Principale. The scope of the mandate is outlined in section 2.3, while a detailed description of the services is provided in section 3. The work will be carried out in the Municipality of Audet and is scheduled to take place over a period of twelve (12) weeks in 2026-2027. The paving work (second layer) must be completed by June 11, 2027. The awarding of this mandate is conditional upon the MAMH's approval of the Municipality's borrowing by-law and confirmation of the payment of the grant under the TECQ program. The Municipality, which is responsible for all the work (including that specified in the collaboration agreement with the MTMD), will award the professional services contract as a whole, including all paving work. The municipal project will be subject to a grant commitment from the MAMH under the TECQ program. The selected service provider will be responsible for carrying out the project in accordance with the Municipality's three (3) main objectives, namely: compliance with the rules of the financial assistance programs, the maximum authorized construction budget, and the completion schedule.
