Separate sealed proposals are requested for the Brushton-Moira Central School District 2025/2026 Capital Outlay Project under Prime Contract 101: General Construction Contract. Bids must include a valid NYS Department of Labor Certificate of Registration for Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry. A Bid not accompanied by required bid security, a valid Certificate of Registration, or other data required by the Bidding Documents, or that is in any way incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at designated locations or obtained from Rotolite Elliott upon deposit. Bids must be submitted on the provided form, prepared in duplicate, and enclosed in an appropriately labeled envelope. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent of the Bid is required as a guarantee. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all Bids, or accept the one judged to be in the best interest of the school district.
