Reference Number 0000413019 Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Santa Clara's is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter, "Proposers") to provide landscape maintenance services ("Services") to the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities Department ('W&S"). Services will include the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the requested Services. All Services must be provided by the Proposer's own employees. The City will not consider Proposals that propose the use of subcontractors. W&S operates and maintains thirty-two (32) water wells and tank sites and four (4) sewer lift stations, each of which require routine and as-needed landscape maintenance, vegetation management to ensure W&S has consistent and safe access and the sites remain free and clear of trash and plant debris. This RFP will result in a single award. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 4
