City of Naperville is modifying their existing Tollway Substation to include the installation of a new masonry building that will house new 34.5kV indoor switchgear and associated control equipment. This bid is being issued to procure the supply and construction of the new 34.5kV switchgear control building. This building has been designed by others and the specification and drawings will be attached to this bid. The Utility is looking to move its 34.5kV switchgear indoor into a new switchgear building which will be constructed as part of this bid.
