The work consists of furnishing all materials, tools, and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 3,154 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer lines by the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) process, manhole rehabilitation, and other improvements as outlined in the specifications and contract documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond of a reputable bonding company authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina, in an amount equal to at least ten percent of the total amount of the bid. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law. No submitted bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 03/19/2026: If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the project is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, or as to the scope of any part of the work, they shall submit a written request for an interpretation.
