Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sandusky, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacing the existing 4" water main with 8" water main along Bridgehampton Street from Maple Valley Street, east approximately 1,350' to Custer Street. Alternate #1: Replacing the existing 4" water main with 8" water main along Bridgehampton Street from Custer Street east approximately 675' to Austin Street. Alternate #2: Replacing water services that are currently located in an alley to the adjacent streets, Maple Valley and Lamotte Street. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Bidding documents may be ordered via email after February 16, 2026, by contacting Townley Engineering, LLC at scott@townleyengineering.com. Complete sets of bidding documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid considered in the best interest of the owner. Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as plan holders to receive updates, addenda, and official notifications. Only documents from the designated website are considered official.
