Sealed bids are invited for the Bowman City Hall Roof Replacement in Bowman, North Dakota. Contractors must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid as per North Dakota law. All bids must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security in the form of a bidder's bond equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid, including all add alternates.
