Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2024 ARC Program Industrial Park Water and Sewer Extensions for the City of Hohenwald. Bids must be submitted to the City of Hohenwald at Hohenwald City Hall. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and relevant bond forms and contract documents are available for examination. A non-refundable deposit is required for the contract documents, which will only be released electronically by email. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the specified amount and form, as detailed in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by Tennessee law and qualified for the specific type of construction involved. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for the Contract Documents (plans and specifications). Contract Document will only be released electronically in PDF format by electronic link issued via email. No hard copies will be provided. Bidder will be responsible for printing the documents specifically required for Bid submittal, as well as printing of the plans and specifications as needed for Bidder's use.
