The Project consists of building pad preparation; concrete foundations and slabs; underground utilities; low-voltage systems; accessible site improvements; fire hydrant installation; limited restroom alterations; fencing; and all work required for Division of the State Architect (DSA) certifiable project completion at both sites. The Contractor shall coordinate with the District's modular building manufacturer for delivery and setting of the modular classroom buildings, including providing foundations, utility stub-outs, crane access, and overall site readiness required for building placement. The modular building manufacturer shall be responsible solely for delivery and physical setting of the modular units, and for all structural components, building finishes, and systems integral to the modular buildings, except for low-voltage cabling and devices, unless otherwise noted in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be responsible for all utility connections, extensions, terminations, and for all site and interior low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, devices, and related systems required to provide complete and operational classrooms, unless expressly noted otherwise in the Contract Documents. All work shall be completed in coordination with the modular delivery schedule and in a manner that supports timely building installation and overall project completion. Bidders must hold a valid California Class B contractor's license and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
