Reference number: 20123621 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-27 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 9 The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") is conducting a public call for tenders for construction work to replace the six air conditioning units located on the building's roof. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposition of existing units, the supply and installation of new roof units, as well as electrical work, waterproofing work, control work and unit swaying. The likely date for the start of work is between April 1 and May 1, 2026. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. An information meeting followed, if applicable, by a visit to the work site will be conducted by the project manager of the Company. Interested bidders must present themselves on February 24, 2026 at 2 p.m. at 100 Notre-Dame Street East Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 4B6. Attendance at this meeting is highly recommended. The public opening of tenders shall take place on the closing date and time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for any person to attend this opening is to watch it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, neither recording nor broadcasting it. Bidders who wish to receive clarification regarding the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the email address indicated below, taking care to mention the contract, project and SEAO notice numbers in the subject of the email. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents made by a bidder if this request is sent to it five business days or less before the deadline set for the reception of submissions.
