Reference number: 20123789 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-27 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Work in architecture includes, but is not limited to: demolition, levelling and construction of concrete block partitions and gypsum partitions, demolition as well as the supply and installation of new door, frame and hardware assemblies, the demolition and replacement of floor finishes, the demolition and replacement of suspended ceiling systems as well as interior finishing works. Work in electromechanics includes, but is not limited to: replacing lighting fixtures, modifying ventilation distribution, making adjustments in fire protection, moving and modifying controls, modifying (moving and adding) electrical outlets and network as well as the electrical connection of the electrified furniture provided by UQAM. The contractor must plan for this furniture to be delivered and installed by a third party during the work period. The Contract also includes the recovery of certain existing equipment and their reinstallation. The Contractor must consider that the users and occupants of the building will continue their activities during the work. The Contractor must act in such a way as to minimize inconvenience to users and staff. Similarly, the outdoor courtyard, parking, access, etc., will also continue to be used throughout the duration of the work. The Contractor shall ensure that users have access to the premises and facilities in a safe, healthy and uninterrupted climate. This includes all fit-up work, all demolition, protection, reinforcement and other works necessary for the complete completion of the Work and all related works such as: site layout and cleaning, temporary protective work, repairs and modifications of existing interior fittings works. All the jointing, repair, drilling work required for the works herein are included.
