Reference Number 0000413113 The Town of Johnstown (Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified Consulting firms to provide a proposal that outlines engineering design services and includes a high-level design schedule and construction cost estimate for a roadway resurfacing project on WCR15 between WCR46 and WCR44 which will consist of full depth reclamation. The Town would expect design completion to occur by the end of May 2026 with construction anticipated late July 2026.
