The project includes mobilization and demobilization; grubbing and clearing; cutting, filling, and grading; installation of a 6-inch aggregate base course; and installation of a 3-inch hot mix asphalt surface for the proposed runway facility. The scope of work is divided into a base scope (runway only) and two award options: Bid Alternate No. 1, which adds a paved pilot area, and Bid Alternate No. 2, which adds a paved pit area.
