Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for General Construction services for repairs, modifications, and minor works (under $40,000) on infrastructure on an as needed basis at CFB Trenton. The contract is expected to be awarded to one firm for one year with an option to add up to two additional, one year extensions. The total contract value is $200,000 with possibility to extend up to a total amount of $600,000. To be eligible for contract award, a bidder will be required to actively hold or obtain all required security clearances prior to the date of the award, with the anticipated security clearance level for this contract being Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Contractors intending to submit a bid and not actively holding the above identified security clearance(s) should begin the security clearance application process by applying through DCC’s Industrial Security Program (ISP).
