award is subject to final approval Reference Number NB-26-002 Grading and Paving The City of Miramichi will be accepting tenders for the Habitat for Humanity Subdivision project, as per our specifications following all applicable legal, safety, and environmental requirements. Construction of a new municipal road for a future subdivision including clearing and grubbing, new water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, service laterals to property line, storm retention pond, road construction with granular subbase and base, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, topsoil and hydroseed, plus associated traffic control and restorations as per drawings and specifications Work involves the construction of a new road for the future Habitat for Humanity Subdivision. Work includes, clearing and grubbing of the roadway, installation of water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer, installation of service laterals, construction of storm retention pond, road construction and associated restorations as detailed in the associated documents. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
