Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Somerville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the interior and exterior rehabilitation of a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank (GST), including repairs and related appurtenances. Bidders are required to submit a list of projects successfully completed in the last two years with similar scope and approximate construction cost. All bidders must comply with the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work being proposed. Bid security must be furnished as detailed in the instructions. All bids exceeding the state limit must be from licensed general contractors, and the license number must be clearly displayed on the bid envelope. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. Bidders are fully responsible for timely delivery of their bids.
