Sevier County PBA is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms for Construction Management at Risk services for the County's Senior Activity Center in Sevierville, Tennessee. The selected Construction Manager will provide both Pre-Construction and Construction services for the Project. Bidders must have similar construction experience. All contractors planning to submit a proposal must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Senior Activity Center. The project design must allow for economical and efficient methods of construction. The County seeks the CM who can best provide the services needed to achieve these goals.
