The Province of Nova Scotia is seeking prospective proponents for the provision of Cost Consultant Services for three school projects. The design and construction of the schools will be conducted by DPW under a separate procurement. All communications and addenda regarding this requirement will be available through SAP Ariba. The intent is to provide cost consulting services for three (3) projects: Northside Middle School, Glace Bay Area PP-5 School and Trenton PP-8 School. The first school is Northside Middle School which will have a gross floor area of approximately 54,855 sq. ft to accommodate 260 students. The second school is Glace Bay Area PP-5 School which will have a gross floor area of approximately 41,946 sq. ft to accommodate 240 students. The third school is Trenton PP-8 School which will have a gross floor area of approximately 52,553 sq. ft to accommodate 300 students.
