A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Parking Lot At The Columbia County Airport The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of 1,575 square yards of parking lot pavement at the Columbia County Airport in the Town of Ghent, New York. The project includes asphalt pavement section reconstruction, underdrain installation, pavement markings, signage installation, conduit, grading, timber rail installation, and drainage improvements. The project will be bid as a Base Bid with 6 Bid Alternates. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. The project is sales tax exempt. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
