Description

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project will consist of construction of a complete wastewater treatment plant upgrade including a new Biological Nutrient Removal Facility, a new Chlorine Contact Tank, Post Aeration, and Effluent Pump Station Facility, a new Headworks and Grit Facility, renovated Primary Clarifiers, renovated Secondary Clarifiers, renovated Main Pump Station, upgraded primary Electrical Services/Systems, upgraded SCADA System, renovated Sludge Digesters, and all other related Sitework and appurtenances. As of February 23, 2026, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
