Requests are made for statements of qualifications from qualified licensed subcontractors for the following trades: Surveying, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Misc Metals, Metal Panels, Roofing & Waterproofing, Framing/Drywall, Insulation, Doors/Hardware, Glazing/Storefronts, Flooring, Tile, Painting, Interior Signage, Millwork & Lab Fixtures/Casework, Misc. Specialties, Elevators, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving & Striping, Irrigation & Landscaping, Site Utilities. Request for statement of qualifications can be obtained by email or phone. All completed responses need to be returned by email or in person by the specified deadline. Pre-qualification requirements: Subcontractors must be qualified and licensed for their respective trades. Whiting-Turner has the right to return an unopened proposal received from a subcontractor who does not qualify to submit a proposal pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Participation of MBE / DBE / WBE subcontractors is encouraged.
