The work consists of the removal of an existing Bry-Air MP600 desiccant dehumidifier and the installation of a new Bry-Air MP600 desiccant unit at the Well 13/14 water treatment facility. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and dispose of the existing south dehumidifier unit, furnish and install one new Bry-Air MP600 desiccant dehumidifier in the existing location, reuse the existing support structure, reconnect existing reaction and wet ducts, reconnect existing humidity control, and commission and test the new unit in accordance with manufacturer specifications. All work must comply with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes. Bidders must submit company information, key personnel, insurance documentation, licensing and registration with the Village, references for similar projects, compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and anticipated project timeline. Bids must include a lump sum project cost, project schedule, and identification of the proposed project manager. Bids must be sealed and labeled as specified. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and evaluates based on responsiveness, qualifications, references, compliance, and total cost. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
