Ashland County Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for engineering/consulting services to assist in airport development projects at Ashland County Ohio Airport (3G4). Projects are anticipated between 2026-2031. Interested firms should submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that shows interest and capability in providing airport planning, architectural/engineering design, and construction administration services for Airport Capital Improvements. Selection will follow a Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process according to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D and Ohio Department of Transportation -Office of Aeronautics' Consultant Procurement Guidelines. Each project's services will be independently negotiated. SOQ submittals must not include fees or costs. The selected firm will be subject to all Federal, State, Local, and Airport Authority requirements. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or waive irregularities or formalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
