The West Virginia Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of the WV Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for construction services to facilitate the replacement of the HVAC system at North Bend State Park Lodge Dining Room per the attached specifications and terms and conditions. Addendum #1 is issued to publish the pre-bid sign-in sheet, attach a copy of the Exhibit A Pricing Page, provide specification modification, and extend the bid closing date. In lieu of the LP piping shown in the project drawings sourced at the exterior regulator mounted on the room wing on the opposite side of the lodge, a new 500 gallon LP tank will be provided near the dining room as discussed at the pre -bid, in the location shown on the attached . The Owner will procure the tank under a separate contract by their LP supplier The project will level a spot in the location shown utilizing Keystone wall and compacted # 57 stone to create an 8 ' x 14' level tank location . The LP supplier will provide tank foundation blocks or pads and set the tank . The project will excavate and backfill a trench from the level location to the building for installation of the LP feed line by the tank supplier, coordinating the timing of this work . The LP supplier will install the regulator on the building and the project will provide a gas stop at the regulator and extend gas piping , sized as previously shown , from the regulator to the makeup air unit . The piping will route up the wall in the most unobtrusive location available, as determined by the Engineer, and across the roof on piping supports to the unit, with an 8" long dirt leg, an appliance regulator, and a shut off valve at the unit. The Owner will construct a privacy fence around the pad after tank installation. 2 ) Sheet M102 , MAU schedule : change "natural gas " to "LP " .
