Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Remove existing 4-pipe unit ventilators. Provide and install new Classroom Unit Ventilators and new coil kits. Remove existing hot and chilled water pumps. Provide and install new secondary chilled water pumps, piping and drives. Provide and install new secondary hot water pumps, piping and drives. Miscellaneous concrete demo and equipment pad installation. Controls upgrade for equipment associated with scope. Power Connections. Sealed bids will be received to furnish all materials and labor for the Kiser Middle School HVAC Renovation project. Late bids will not be accepted.
