Items to be bid include Limestone, Gravel, Sand, Asphaltic Materials, Portland Concrete, Tree Removal, Smooth Plastic Pipe SDR 35 Sewer Main Fittings, Corrugated Polyethylene (Double Wall) Pipe, Topsoil (Screened), Galvanized Corrugated Metal Pipe, Castings & Catch Basins, and Water Line Parts – Domestic Made Only. Bidders must use the provided forms, include the full names of all parties involved, and submit a bid bond or cashier's check for $1,000.00. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept any bid in part or in whole, as deemed most favorable to the City at the time and under the stipulated conditions. Local bidder preference may be awarded as determined by the Board of Control, whose decision is final.
