Plans, specifications and any other documents may be obtained only from the SEAO website. A single, important information session is scheduled for 25 February 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at door 5 of the school located at 3690 Antonin-Marquis Street, Quebec City, QCG1P 3B9. All bids must be accompanied by a valid bid bond representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 60 days from the bid opening date, otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected. This tender bond must be submitted on the mandatory form APPENDIX 4.01 A or APPENDIX 4.01 B of the tender form. It must be exchanged upon signing the Contract, if applicable, for a performance bond and a bond for obligations for wages, materials and services, again using the mandatory forms in the appendices to the General Conditions.
