Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hilliard, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The 2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project (CIP S-37) consists of cleaning, televising, and CIPP lining of 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer. The bid includes approximately 1,640 linear feet of 8-inch sewer along Columbia Street, Hamilton Road, and Linda Road in the Old Hilliard area of the City, as well as 878 linear feet of 10-inch sewer along Linda Road. Bypass pumping may be required to install the liner. The project also includes two excavated point repairs. Traffic control will be required to maintain traffic and local access to existing homes, especially at the Columbia Street/Norwich Street intersection. State prevailing wage applies only to the point repair excavations in the project; the remainder of the project is exempt from prevailing wage requirements. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). Please review the 'Information for Bidders' in the Attachment List for additional information.
