Renovation of the old City of Bixby City Hall building into the new Bixby Police Building and a partial renovation of the Dawes Building located to the South of the new Police building. The project includes multiple bid packages such as selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel fabrication and erection, carpentry, casework, joint sealants, roofing, doors, glazing, hardware, overhead doors, framing, drywall, ceilings, painting, flooring, specialties, signage, canopies, fencing, appliances, window coverings, ADA lift, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. Bidders should be prepared to submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Bid security in the form of a bid bond for 5% of the bid is required for bids over $50,000. Payment and performance bonds are required for bids over $50,000 and must be included in the base bid amount. All bids must be on the provided bid form. The bid must be irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The City of Bixby reserves the right to waive informality and accept or reject any or all bids. Sealed bids must include the bid form, bid bond (if applicable), business relationship affidavit, nondiscrimination certificate, standard subcontract conditions affidavit, and non-collusion affidavit. Bids lacking these documents will be rejected. Bidders must obtain bidding documents directly from the construction manager to be registered as a potential bidder and receive clarifications and addenda.
