The Thames Valley District School Board proposes to pre-qualify contractors interested in performing hardwood flooring work for gymnasium floors for its projects. This process aims to establish vendor of record lists of prequalified contractors, each of whom will execute a 1-year master service agreement, with the possibility of two additional years in one-year increments with the school board. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must be interested in performing hardwood flooring for gymnasium floors for the school board's projects. TVDSB intends to execute an MSA with each Prequalified Proponent that is placed on a VOR List. Provided that the execution of an MSA does not obligate TVDSB to issue any Work Orders or proceed with any projects, and the TVDSB does not guarantee any volume of Services that will be required or that will be performed under any MSA. The term of each MSA will be 1 year with the option to renew for two additional years. The deadline for Proponents to submit questions (the "Question Deadline") is seven (7) business days before the Submission Deadline.
