Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials required to complete a Design-Build project supporting installation of a new GE Revolution Ascend (CT LDCT) system. Work includes both design and construction services necessary to bring the IR (LDCT) suite into compliance with current VA CFM Technical Information Library (TIL) standards. The effort is classified as a new equipment installation and includes all tasks needed to prepare, modify, and complete the space for full installation and operation of the CT system. The period of performance is 365 days. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Location: James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
