04/21/2026: Amendment Four is posted. This amendment is for Phase 2 participants only. It provides the RFI Responses and Attachments. Only those moved to Phase 2 of the solicitation should submit proposals. Design-Build services to support the installation of a new GE Revolution Ascend CT LDCT system, including all labor, tools, materials, design, and construction work necessary to bring the IR (LDCT) suite into full compliance with current VA CFM Technical Information Library standards. Work includes developing and executing a complete design package followed by construction, demolition, modifications, utility connections, finishes, and all associated tasks required for a new equipment installation. The period of performance is 281 days. This procurement uses a two-phase Design-Build process, with no site visit occurring during Phase 1. Phase 1 RFIs are due by March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and Phase 1 proposals are due by March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Location: James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612 The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 281 calendar days. The cutoff for submission of RFIs for Phase 1 is March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
