Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Coral Springs, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; stadium; conference / convention center; fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

The existing sportsplex will be upgraded to accommodate regional, national, and international events. Major additions include a new recreation building with 12 indoor courts and a new indoor natatorium with four pools and diving platforms. As of February 20, 2026, this project is still in the conceptual phase. The city is evaluating concept options, after which the project will move into the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.
