Pearland Independent School District is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for re-roofing of PISD campuses. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Pearland ISD eBid system. A pre-proposal conference will be held, followed by a site walk. Questions must be submitted through the eBid system, and proposals are due electronically by the specified deadline; no mailed or hand-delivered proposals will be accepted. The district may invite selected proposers for oral presentations after initial review. Proposers must not initiate discussions with the district and are not permitted to contact district personnel during the solicitation process without explicit permission. The district reserves the right to select a vendor based on the initial proposals or to enter into negotiations with one or more proposers. If negotiations with the top-ranked proposer fail, the district will proceed to the next highest-ranked proposer until a contract is executed or all proposals are rejected.
