The Project consists of the Work on the Anton School Campus located at 100 Ellwood Blvd. Anton Texas. 1. The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system and the installation of a new roof system as illustrated in the Contract Documents. Work shall also include the removal and replacement of existing rooftop HVAC units as illustrated in the Contract Documents., including all associated curbs, flashing, and reconnection of mechanical and electrical systems, as required for a complete and operational installation 2. All permits necessary for the completion of the Work. Permits shall include, but are not limited to, all Federal EPA, State of Texas Commission of Environmental Quality and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan notices and permits plus City of Anton permits. 3. The Contractor shall provide a Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPP). 4. Procure all required and necessary City of Anton and State of Texas Certifications needed for the Owner's occupancy of the Project. 5. Provide appropriate "Background Checks" on any and all persons involved in the construction activities in a form acceptable to the Owner. The Work consists of renovation and selective demolition within portions of the existing Middle School / High School facility as indicated in the Contract Documents, including the renovation of the existing Primary Girls' and Boys' Restrooms, renovation of the existing Band Hall and adjacent Locker Room into and supporting new music program space, and renovation of the existing Career and Technical Education (CTE) areas. The Work shall include all selective demolition; architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications; and all related improvements necessary to provide complete, code-compliant, and fully operational spaces in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall coordinate all work within the existing, occupied campus and shall maintain safe access, protection of adjacent areas, and continuity of school operations throughout the duration of construction. All permits necessary for the completion of the Work.
