Site work and paving for a civil project in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The District will construct: o Approximately 12,000 feet of 12" PVC waterline o Approximately 500 feet of 10" PVC sewer force main o Approximately 1,000 feet of various size PVC waterline o Approximately 1,200 feet of bored steel conduit ranging in size from 16" - 30" o All appurtenances and incidentals necessary to construct the project This project must comply with Buy American requirements and the contractor will be required to provide a completed "Certificate of Materials Origin" for all iron and steel utilized. This project is being partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and must be completed by the end of 2026. The contract time will not be adjusted and liquidated damages will be assessed for any overage to offset any funding deficits. Wagoner County Rural Water, Sewer, Gas, Solid Waste Management, District No. 4 is exempt from the payment of any sales tax or use of taxes, and pursuant to 68 O.S. SS 1356 (I), direct vendors to Wagoner County Rural Water, Sewer, Gas, Solid Waste Management, District No. 4 are also exempt from those taxes. A bidder may exclude from his bid appropriate sales taxes that he will not have to pay while acting for and on behalf of Wagoner County Rural Water, Sewer, Gas, Solid Waste Management, District No. 4.
