Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: The base Project includes 12,000 square yards (SY) of street pulverization and asphalt paving; 9,000 square feet of sidewalk and driveway apron replacement; 2,600 linear feet of curb replacement; spot inlet replacement and manhole casting replacement. The Project also includes the construction of 1,600 feet (FT) of a 10-foot-wide asphalt; multi use path; and the removal and replacement of asphalt on 1,000 FT of additional 10-FT path. Alternatives to the Project include an additional 2,100 SY of street pulverization and asphalt paving; 500 FT of spot curb and gutter replacement; 3,000 FT of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron replacement; and 1,300 SY asphalt path removal and replacement. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
