Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hyde Park, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 30, 2026, the project was awarded to USA Construction LLC for Construction Work in the amount of $755,901.67 and to LBS 2020 LLC for Electrical Work in the amount of $46,000.00. With a total awarded amount of $801,901.67.** Reference Number 0000413233 The Project includes the following Work: o Removal of existing filter building concrete slab and foundation. o Removal and replacement of existing pool accessories. o Removal and replacement of existing concrete pool decking, coping, and perimeter fencing. o Removal and replacement of all filtration and recirculation system piping. o Sandblasting of all pool shell surfaces and repairing of cracks. o Installation of a second main pool drain. o Resurfacing of all pool shell surfaces. o Installation of new coping, tiling, depth markers, etc. o Installation of new masonry filter building and foundation. o Installation of new filtration and chemical feed equipment. o Installation of new ADA compliant concrete sidewalk. o Miscellaneous site drainage work. o Installation of a pool electrical bonding grid. o Electrical work associated with the proposed filter building and filtration equipment installation. Work at the site shall not commence until the closure of the pool by the Town on August 14, 2026.
