Thompson Construction will receive bids on behalf of The Boys and Girls Club of Sequoyah County for various bid packages including, but not limited to, final cleaning, building concrete, unit masonry, millwork, roofing systems, waterproofing and joint sealants, hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware, Division 8 and 10 install, wood doors, storefront/curtainwall/glass and glazing systems, gypsum board assemblies, flooring and tiling, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, flagpoles, signage, metal canopies, athletic equipment, PEMB, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm, earthwork, site concrete, landscape and irrigation, and site utilities. Bids must be hand delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the Bid Package number and/or Multi-Discount Package number, and addressed as specified. All sealed bids will be recorded and evaluated for recommendation, with the right reserved to reject any or all bids or waive formalities. For bids over $50,000, a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of the Base Bid & Alternates is required. Successful bidders with contracts over $50,000 must also provide a payment, performance, and maintenance bond.
