Anchor Bay School District is seeking bids for new network switching equipment, fiber optic cabling and equipment, and installation services. Proposed systems shall be configured and installed to service the Owner’s network in the school facilities as described. The project includes district network upgrades at Anchor Bay High School. Bids must be submitted in total with required detail for each item bid and include all portions of the work identified for the individual bid package as specified. Bids must be made on unaltered bid forms included, with all blank spaces filled in and the bid signed by a legal officer or agent authorized to bind the bidder to a contract. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually, and physical building inspections can be scheduled. Physically sealed bids will be received at the district office and read aloud at a public opening. Bid security equal to five percent of the total bid amount must accompany each base bid. Selected contractors will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond equal to one hundred percent of the bid amount, including any accepted alternates. The service provider USF Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) must be included in the Bid. The specified products and/or services must qualify for universal service discounts under the FY26 universal service support mechanism, E-rate, and no invoices will be dated or paid before July 1, 2026. USF eligible products and/or services must be identified separately from any and all ineligible products and/or services in the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept a bid or portion thereof within ninety calendar days following the bid opening. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
