The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The work is estimated to cost $325,000.00. The project consists of, but is not limited to: removing and reconstructing bituminous sidewalks; constructing new concrete ramps and stairs; installing new fabricated railings and new deck railings; constructing new sidewalk curb cuts; patching and repairing existing concrete; crack filling and sealcoating parking lots and drive aisles; pavement markings; loaming and hydroseeding all disturbed areas; and minor associated site work. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.3039M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
