Reference Number 0000412248 Bid Intent Not Available The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, is soliciting bids for the sourcing and installation of a new Power Distribution Unit and associated components at the City's 911 Call Center. Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Defined Pool Participation Pursuant to Article V of Chapter 28 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (D.R.M.C.) the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) has established the following participation requirement for this project: Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Defined Pool. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No, The City shall not be bound by and the vendor shall not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of this IFB. Therefore, any questions regarding this IFB are encouraged and should be submitted in writing by email to: City Procurement Analyst: Matt Monaghan E-Mail: matt.monaghan@denvergov.org Questions received up to the deadline to submit question in the Schedule of Events will be answered in writing per the Schedule of Events. Bids in response to this IFB shall indicate that they are valid for a period no less than 120 days from the closing date, and if awarded, through the initial contract period. The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel this IFB, or reject all proposals, if determined to be in the best interest of the City. Demo - Clean up and move/remove existing equipment as needed for installation of new equipment. 2.2 Provide - New PDU-D o The location of the new PDU is to be determined during the design phase. -225A M ain Circuit Breaker - 150kVA Integral Transformer - 600A secondary breaker -60A Breaker for Surge Protective Device - (4) 125A Breakers for Call Center Panels (two of the breakers will be spare so future panels can be added). The location of the new PDU is to be determined during the design phase. 2.3 Configuration and Installation - Remove Static Switch from PDU-C - Remove Feeder #2 (UPS-B) from PDU-C - Feed PDU-C directly from 225A breaker in UPS-A - Feed PDU-D directly from 225A breaker in UPS-B - Disconnect Panel UC3 and UC4 from PDU-C. Rename UD1 and UD2. Re-connect to new PDU-D via (2) 125A breakers. (2) existing 125A breakers in PDU-C that fed UC3 and UC4 will be labeled as spare.
