This is a request for proposals for Building Condition Assessments. Proposals must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements set forth. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Bid Postings website. Any alteration or changes will be made only by written addendum issued by the City's Procurement Division, which is also responsible for making all addenda available.
