Reference number: 20124900 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-02 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 60 Description The Supplier shall provide landscaping maintenance services on the Owner's campus located in Montreal within the block bounded by Ottawa, De la Montagne, St-Jacques, and Montfort Streets. The Supplier must, at all times during the term of the Contract, maintain the Owner's grounds, plantings, and vegetation in conditions conducive to growth. Campus maintenance is intended to maintain an appropriate appearance on an ongoing basis. The mandate includes cleaning, mowing grassy areas, pruning, fertilizing, seasonal protection, planting, disease and insect detection, and plant transplantation. All of this covers the spring, summer, and fall seasons (until the end of fall). The Supplier must make specialists available to the Owner to answer questions and/or requests for evaluation in horticulture and arboriculture. The Supplier's specialists must be available to travel to the Owner's premises when required by the Owner, at no additional cost to the Owner. The Supplier must provide the necessary and adequate labor and machinery to carry out the entire scope of this call for tenders to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Supplier must take into consideration that landscaping maintenance work is often carried out in confined spaces that are difficult to access and in busy environments. The maintenance of honey gardens is excluded from this mandate. The locations of the honey gardens are indicated on the plans attached to the tender documents on SÉAO. The Supplier must not, under any circumstances, maintain or damage the honey gardens. These areas are maintained by a third party. The Supplier will be charged a penalty (clause 2.14) for any unwanted interventions in the five (5) biodiversity areas in order to restore the areas to their original or optimal condition. The entire scope of work must be considered by the Bidder in their price schedule on the Bid Form. No additional costs may be charged to the Owner due to the omission of any aspect of the scope of work in this call for tenders. The Owner's landscaping areas are subject to change over time and can be modified according to the Owner's needs. Delivery schedule The Contract shall commence on 15 April 2026. The Contract shall be valid for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) subsequent periods of twelve (12) months each on the same terms and conditions and at the sole discretion of the Owner. The Owner shall send the Supplier, thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract, a notice mentioning the renewal of the Contract, if applicable
