Renovation of an office development in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,192-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade office development.

The project includes converting unoccupied basement into suitable workspace with cubicles, break room, conference room, and converting existing space on the main level into three new private offices. Renovated items include, but are not limited to, selective demolition, concrete floor patching, saw cutting to remove and replace portion of the floor slab for plumbing installations, new partitions and wall furring, carpet replacement, ceramic wall and floor tile, new doors and frames, acoustical ceilings, restroom and toilet accessories, vanity counters, painting, plumbing fixtures, fire protection, lighting, as shown on drawings and specified. Only electronic bids sent to FMDCBids@oa.mo.gov shall be accepted. Bidders must secure at least one bid set to become a planholder. View-only electronic bid sets are available at no cost or paper bid sets may be obtained for a deposit. Prime contractors may receive a maximum of two bid sets at the stated deposit rate; others may receive one. Additional sets may be purchased at the cost of printing and shipping. Plans and specifications must be returned in unmarked condition within 15 working days of bid opening to receive a refund on the deposit. Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements set forth, can be used to satisfy the participation goals for the project. The contractor must pay prevailing hourly wage rates as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
