Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City requests the services of a qualified synthetic turf installer with demonstrated experience in the supply and installation of synthetic turf field systems and field layout components for a little league ball diamond, in accordance with this RFP and appendices. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Pre-construction services including shop drawings, product data submittals, preshipment testing of the synthetic turf carpet, and coordination of delivery logistics and site access Coordination with the City and the civil and landscape contractor to establish appropriate sequencing, access, and schedule alignment Review of the prepared aggregate base and perimeter nailing strips installed by others to confirm compliance with performance specifications and manufacturer requirements Issuance of a formal Letter of Base Acceptance prior to commencement of synthetic turf installation Supply, delivery, and installation of shock pad, synthetic turf carpet, and infill materials Supply and installation of all game lines, home plate, bases, and associated field layout components in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications Documents can be obtained from www.coquitlam.ca/Bid-Opportunities Award amount was not released for publication.
