Site work for a mixed-use development in Silverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Silverton is seeking bids to construct a new recreation pathway that will start from the Oregon Gardens and extend to the Pettit property encompassing the lake. The pathway is approximately 1 mile and includes recreational amenities and a foot bridge that must be installed at the stream entering the lake. Bidders must be qualified and licensed in Oregon, have experience providing products and services similar to those listed in the scope of work for commercial and/or municipal customers, and submit relevant documentation demonstrating their ability to provide quality products and services. The project must be completed in its entirety by October 7, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a City of Silverton Business License, provide a warranty for work product to be free from defects for a minimum of two years or the manufacturer's warranty period (whichever is longer), and furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price. Certificates of insurance must also be delivered as specified, and at least three references for comparable completed projects must be provided. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the specified bid content requirements, and late bids will not be opened or considered for award. The City will award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
